Sammy was the first to be adopted into our family.  We brought him home on March 2002, at 18 months old.  From the beginning Sammy let us know that he was at home and that he knew what our role was and what his role was.  Ours was to spoil him and his was to protect us so that we could continue to spoil him.  He has not let us down and I don’t think that we have let him down.    His role at home now includes being a big brother, he had it rough for months being the big brother, within 4 months of getting him we brought home 4 little puppies and all of them wanted to chew on him, and play with him.  His role now includes being a mate to our females.  Sammy has been the proud father of 4 litters of puppies.
